Post responsibilities:

1. Educational Background

Degree: Master’s degree or above (exceptional candidates with a Bachelor’s degree will be considered);

Majors: STEM (Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electronics, etc.), Mathematical Statistics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Economics, Management, or related disciplines;

Preferred: Candidates with a dual background in STEM + Finance or degrees from prestigious overseas universities are highly preferred.

2. Professional Experience

Duration: 3+ years of experience in equity research or investment (including cumulative internship experience);

Sector Focus: Open to all industries, with a preference for Consumer, New Energy (PV/Lithium Battery/Energy Storage), and Hard Tech;

Preferred: Candidates with prior experience or internships in A-share/H-share research at public funds, private funds, or brokerage institutes are highly preferred.

3. Technical Skills

Foundations: Solid grasp of financial theory and accounting; proficient in fundamental analysis and financial statement analysis;

Valuation: Expert in building valuation models (DCF, Comps, Precedent Transactions, etc.) and capable of independent financial forecasting;

Analysis: Proficient in fundamental analysis, technical analysis, and industry analysis, with a keen eye for market trends and potential opportunities;

Tools: Proficient in research tools (Wind, Bloomberg, Choice, etc.); strong data processing skills (Advanced Excel is a must; proficiency in Python, SQL, or R is a plus).

4. Core Competencies

Mindset: Highly self-driven with a passion for investment research; strong capacity for deep thinking and independent judgment;

Communication: Outstanding coordination skills with the ability to effectively communicate research logic to Fund Managers and the investment team;

Professionalism: Resilient under pressure; adaptable to the fast-paced environment of private equity; diligent, result-oriented, and a strong team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.Professional Certifications: Holders of CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), FRM, or other relevant professional designations.

2.Track Record: Proven experience in independently authoring in-depth industry reports or company research; a track record of successful investment cases (e.g., target identification or portfolio adjustment recommendations that were implemented).

3.Industry Resources: Access to specialized industry resources (e.g., upstream/downstream supply chain networks, primary research channels) or unique, proprietary insights into specific sub-sectors.

4.Technical Edge: Additional expertise in quantitative analysis, big data processing, or industry database construction to enhance overall research efficiency.

Investment Assistant

Post responsibilities:

1. Assist the investment manager to collect and sort out relevant data;

2. Participate in industry research, collect and sort out the data and data of the industry and key enterprises in the industry;

Overseas Operation Manager

Post responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation of overseas fund companies and the establishment of overseas SPV framework;

2. Be responsible for the fund scheme design and product development and establishment, and formulate the overall planning and design requirements of the company's fund products;Responsible for the transaction structure design, investigation, valuation and return analysis of fund projects;

3. Job requirements:
