Post responsibilities：

1. Responsible for the inquiry and trading of Chinese dollar bonds, familiar with the trading rules of relevant varieties in the Hong Kong market;

2. Assist in completing fund account management work, actively expand and maintain interbank counterparties, and establish close cooperative relationships with interbank institutions;

3. Possess certain research capabilities and can provide investment suggestions based on changes in macro and interest rate markets both domestically and internationally;

4. Possess strong compliance risk awareness, able to track transaction settlement progress in a timely manner, and reasonably control risks;

5. Responsible for daily communication with Hong Kong subsidiary investment transactions.

Job requirements：

1. Master's degree or above, with professional knowledge related to securities investment; Excellent English proficiency;

2. At least 1 year of relevant investment and trading experience, preferably in public funds or securities firms;

3. Work experience in offshore market related institutions is preferred; Priority given to those with experience in bond trading/research in the Hong Kong market;

4. Able to be diligent and responsible, down-to-earth and dedicated, and good at communication, with strong teamwork spirit and risk control compliance awareness;

5. Honest and upright, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative, good professional ethics, and a good spirit of teamwork.

Post responsibilities：

1. Be responsible for or participate in the evaluation of the value and risk of the company's investment projects, prepare investment proposals, and be responsible for project initiation;

2. Conduct due diligence on the proposed investment project, and form the project due diligence report and investment feasibility analysis report;

3. Participate in the negotiation and implementation of the investment project, assist in the agreement drafting, scheme formulation, feasibility evaluation and support in the later project implementation process;

4. Conduct research on key tracking areas, write industry research reports, and develop project resources and expand business according to the company's strategic needs;

5. Assist in the post-investment management of the project, participate in the post-investment management and service of the project, and ensure the value-added and safe exit of the project;

6. Other work arranged by the superior of the department.

Job requirements：

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, major in finance, finance, economics, management, etc; More than 5 years of investment related experience;

2. Have complete experience in due diligence or audit of equity investment projects and asset investment projects;

3. Experience in auditing in four major accounting firms and eight major domestic firms is preferred; CPA certificate is preferred;

4. Excellent expression ability, communication and adaptability, strong self-drive;

5. Strong pressure resistance and adaptability, able to travel.

Post responsibilities:

1. Assist the marketing department to carry out the daily maintenance and service work of the cooperative organization;

2. Assist the department in marketing support during fund issuance and continuous marketing;

3. Responsible for product analysis, material arrangement, publicity planning and related matters;

4. Have a professional understanding of various financial products and provide product solutions for different types of customers;

5. Not responsible for channel development and sales assessment.

Post responsibilities:

1. Research, development and design of fund products according to market and customer needs;

2. Complete the writing, review, submission and subsequent modification of product application documents according to regulatory requirements;

3. Maintain and improve the company's existing products;

4. Be responsible for the issuance of fund products, including fund contract review, fund purchase and redemption, fund account opening, qualified investor identification, etc;

5. Track and research domestic and foreign fund products and financial products, and provide research support for product development;

6. Have good communication and organizational skills, coordinate relevant departments to complete the product landing, and maintain good communication with the trustee, channel and institutional customers.

Job requirements：

Job requirements：

1.
